Meet February's Beauty Pro of the Month, Rodney Jon, Makeup Artist, New York

Rodney Jon, owner of Rodney Jon, Inc. a full-service makeup and grooming company, currently serves as Lead Makeup Artist for Philadelphia Fashion Week and FBH Modeling Agency.

Rodney has worked for major cosmetic conglomerates such as Aveda, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and Mac Cosmetics, and has had the chance to perfect his craft with lead makeup artists across the globe including lead makeup artist Rudy Miles of Aveda.

He has been featured in several shows, including those by designers Evisu, Perry Ellis, Van Huesen, Carmello Sutero, Reem Acra, Ray Vincente and The Disney Bridal Show. You can also see some of Rodney’s work in several editorials and features throughout issues of Bleu Magazine and Fashion Redefined Magazine.

Additionally, Rodney has been a participant in New York Fashion Week and the Lead Makeup Artist for VH1 Rock Your Fashion & Destination Weddings Expo NY.

I am so Blessed and so thankful for this wonderful opportunity. I just want to thank the owner of Go Pretty for selecting me as the winner for this month. Words can't express how happy and joyful I am inside. I know that this will be an awesome year for me and I appreciate all the support that go pretty has given me so far.
