Mann Nance began his career more than 17 years ago as the apprentice of international educator and platform artist Rob Willis in Detroit, MI. There he learned the skills of true multi-cultural hair styling through Rob's position as the Artistic Director of Mizani. At the end of his apprenticeship, Mann was thoroughly trained in the theory and execution of professional hairdressing as well as in the art of platform artistry and education.

After relocating to Los Angeles Mann pursued a freelance career in the entertainment industry. Soon after, he was styling the locks and making up the faces  of celebrities for television, films and the red carpets. Though he has traveled the world with several music artists, Mann never abandoned his love for salon work, and has always maintained a salon clientele.  He recently moved to Manhattan where he currently works at the Halcyon Days Salon and Spa inside the prestigious Saks Fifth Ave flagship.

Today Mann is an in-demand editorial stylist and makeup artist, whose work has appeared in publications like Kouture, Munaluchi Bridal, Essence, V magazine, American Salon, Vibe and Nylon. He has worked for Clairol and SoftSheen/L'Oreal  before joining Enjoy Professional Haircare as an educator in 2010.  His motto is that "Healthy Hair and Great Style should Co-exist!"
