Victoria Toda, Makeup Artist & Hair Stylist
Victoria Toda has been dazzling the beauty industry with her hairstyle and makeup talents since 2004. She began her career in retail as a brand manager for Clarins and Thierry Mugler in the Philippines, and later at the Spa at Mandarin Oriental in Washington, D.C., before relocating to Los Angeles to formally study hairstyling and makeup techniques.
Victoria specializes in makeup and hair for fashion and television, including character and special effects makeup. Her work has been seen on television personalities including Fox My College Sports host Erin Coscarelli, Mexican actress and TV host Veronica Castro, and Stefanie Walmsley, the Producer of God of Love, for the Academy Awards.
Currently residing in California's Bay Area, Victoria enjoys enhancing her clients' beauty through the makeup skills she's honed over the years. She plans to further strengthen her talent by studying for and obtaining her esthetician's license. Ms. Toda is a graduate of the Make-Up Designory's Multimedia Make-Up Artistry Program.
