At the age of sixteen Joel Angel (The Make Up Artist AJ) knew his career of choice. Through a passion sparked by his love for his grandmother, Joel discovered at a young age that makeup was a luxury item not only meant to enhance a person's beauty, but also a tool used to appease a person's insecurities.

By twenty-four he had already been trained by some of the industry's most prestigious & elite lines; MAC, Christian Dior, Chanel, & Estee Lauder to name a few.

With a true and genuinely blessed gift, AJ is able to turn every photo shoot into an experience, every wedding into an everlasting memory, and with the swipe of a brush make every young person's prom and sweet 16, a true fairytale.
