Taste like CHICKEN!

Isn't it funny how whenever someone tries something new and different, they always seem to say that it taste like chicken?

I had a frog leg this past weekend for the first time...and well, I must admit, it kind of tasted JUST LIKE Chicken!!!  Go figure! 

So as I sit here and check my email I came across 2 separate emails:  One from Go Pretty, and the other from IMATS (International Makeup Artist Trade Show). 

Now to recap:  The day before I found out that I was a Beauty Pro Awards Finalist, I also got the word from IMATS that I was chosen to be a finalist in the student makeup competition.  Double Wammy!

Lets come back to the present:

Just recieved two emails from the same two companies: Go Pretty and IMATS.  As the excitement grew I could not figure out which one to open.  Well I opened IMATS first...they wanted to confirm my information for the competition which will take place later this month.  Then I opened the Go Pretty one.  I really must say I was SCARED, lol.  Too FUNNY! 

At that very moment IT hit me.  I realized that I have been considered as a finalist in two competitions simultanously.  I know that I am up against some awesome and very talent people in the GP Pro Beauty Awards.  And from the call sheet that I just read from IMATS, again I am up against some 'heavy hitters'.  Excited and a little overwhelmed, I am truly greatful to have been chosen to compete amongst a very talented group of individuals

Ever wanted something so bad that you could taste it.  Well, the anticipation of walking into my purpose is surely beginning to taste just like chicken.  Hot wings anyone?
